Judges and Oral Boards

FAQ:

Q: How do I become a judge?
A: You just sign up using the link above.

Q: Do I need to have certain qualifications to judge?
A: You just have to be willing to listen to our seniors present their projects. We are looking for individuals from all different fields, but no specific qualifications are necessary.

Q: Is there a minimum age requirement to be a judge?
A: Judges must be at least 20 years old.

Q: Can I invite other people to judge?
A: Absolutely. The more the merrier.

Q: How do I know what to do during the presentations?
A: There is a training/orientation for the first 30 minutes during Oral Boards. All the information is given at that time and questions are answered.

Q: Do I get to pick which projects I judge?
A: Unfortunately, that would be really hard to accommodate for each judge, but if you have a preference, please feel free to send an e-mail to Ntatevosian@gusd.net. We will do our best to set you up with some projects that may be what you're looking forward to seeing.

Q: What if I sign up now and later become unavailable to judge?
A: No problem. Please just send an e-mail to Ntatevosian@gusd.net so we know that you are no longer available. When judges simply do not show up, it is a bit of an inconvenience.
